Our new beach community reminds me a lot of the South Austin hippie area.  There are locals that have lived here for generations.  And a lot like Austin, they prefer the new building to be kept at a minimum.  If there is a cause, everyone jumps on board to support.  And typically every outing involves running into someone you met.

Sunset Beach is located across the street from us.  The beach is loaded with wonderful seashell finds!  I have been told the most beautiful sunsets can be found here.  I plan to explore that opinion, but am sure you will agree this view is amazing.
